What is the difference between single layer and double layer sandals? Both types of sandals offer arch support. Double-layer sandals have an additional layer that raises the heel of the sandal by 5/16th of an inch. Double layer sandals are recommended for individuals with high arches or those who wear insoles.

What if I’m in-between sizes? Our sizing chart accounts for half sizes for styles with layered construction, but if you find yourself between sizes, we recommend sizing down. For numbered sizes, if you are a half-size, it is best to size down.

How do I break in my sandals? Some customers have found that wedging a tennis ball or water bottle under the straps overnight can help to stretch them out. Wearing socks can protect your skin while the straps mold to your foot. Start by wearing them for 5 minutes and gradually increase the time to allow your feet to adjust.

How do I clean my sandals? A damp cloth and mild soap can be used to wipe down the sandals, as some customers have reported. However, please note that the Rainbow Sandals Agreement does not cover damage caused by water or delamination of layers resulting from cleaning.

My leather sandals got wet, what should I do? If your leather sandals become wet, ensure they dry completely away from direct sunlight to prevent the leather from becoming brittle and cracking. If they curl up after drying in direct sunlight or extreme heat, continued use should help return them to their normal shape.
